Michael Kiser, founder of Industrial Welding Solutions (IWS), brings over a decade of hands-on experience in structural welding and metal fabrication. With a deep understanding of the industry and a commitment to quality, he established IWS to meet the growing demand for reliable welding and steel services throughout the Bay Area. From the very beginning, Michael has guided the company in partnering with general contractors, builders, and developers to bring structural steel projects and architectural metal features to life—delivering work that is precise, durable, and completed on schedule.
